Who we are
DrainChicago.com is run by Chicago Drain Rodding & Jetting LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Questions? Email [email protected].
Information you give us
When you call, email or send a service request, we get the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email, service address and a description of the problem. We use them to answer you, schedule and do the work, send estimates and invoices, and keep job records.
Our online request form is provided by Jobber, our scheduling software. What you type into the form is sent to Jobber and to us. See Jobber’s privacy policy.
Cookies and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site: pages viewed, how visitors found us, device and browser type, approximate location, and clicks on buttons like Call and Request Service. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google processes this data under its own policies. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Google Ads and remarketing
We advertise with Google Ads. Google Ads tags on this site use cookies to tell us whether an ad led to a call or a service request (conversion tracking), and to show our ads to people who visited this site when they later search on Google or browse other websites (remarketing).
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to this website and other websites.
Your choices
You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and opt out of other vendors’ use of cookies for personalized ads at aboutads.info/choices. You can block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; this site still works without them.
Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our scheduling, phone, email and payment providers), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety.
Keeping your information
We keep customer and job records as long as we need them for service, billing, tax and legal reasons. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
